What list is your city in?

Do you know that air quality/pollution has a lot to do with the quality of life you live? Clearly the more countryside you live the better quality of the air you have, minus if you're close to a city. I found out that I live in one of the cleanest cities to live in after doing some needed research. I actually live in Winter Haven, Florida, there were several cities that made the clean list and I was one of them. It doesn't show on the list below because those are the cleanest as a whole. We live in a very small town. Unfortunately, where we are looking to move to one listed as one of the unhealthiest states to live in. One being Michigan and the other state we looked into was, Illinois, specifically Chicago. Air quality has a huge impact on your health. Pollution has a huge impact on your food. The more polluted the location is, the more polluted the food is. That's pretty scary but so true. Eating local isn't always best for your health, check where you live on the list and eat outside those areas. While your areas are on the worst list, only drink filtered water, stick to doing outside activities in better areas and try to be mindful of how you are polluting the air. Instead of driving around the corner, walk around the corner.
