There are two in three people in the United States that are overweight or obese. And out of those, 36.9 percent are obese, according to GrubStreet.com and according to many other researchers. Why is this number so high? Do Americans care that their life is like a ticking time bomb? My guess is that they don’t, because if they did, they would have already changed their lifestyle. So on that note, I call B.S to the ones that say that they have tried unless there is evidence of them trying. People this isn’t science it’s really easy to become obese and it’s really easy to stay healthy. Have you been large all your life and want to blame it on society or your parents who fed you. Then please do so because your right it does start there but you should be blaming yourself. You are the person getting in between your goals. You're the person getting in between your dreams. Why are you allowing this? THAT’S JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!!
I’m sorry if you don’t want to hear that, but I’m not here to sugar coat it or “protect your feelings”. I’m one of the nicest people you will ever meet, but I’m also the person that is blunt and to the point. It’s sad for me to watch all these Americans around me that live with regret, that lives with sadness and low confidence. Start changing your lifestyle today. Stop with the excuses, Stop buying the Fast Food, Stop blaming everyone else around you and Start blaming yourself. Once you have admitted that it's you who is stopping your success, then it will be you that achieves greatness. Do you want to change but not sure where to start? I promise it's much simpler than it sounds. The first step is to admit that it’s you holding you back, not anybody else. Do you know why we are in an epidemic crisis? Artificial ingredients, preservatives, and chemicals.
Most things you buy in a grocery store nowadays has one of those things inside that beautifully “healthy package”. It might say all natural but its most likely far from it. The only foods “All Natural” is, whole foods, for example; Veggies (some may need to be organic), Fruits (some may need to be organic), Organic Chicken and Organic grass-fed meat. When you overconsume artificial ingredients, you develop Type 2 Diabetes because your pancreas is constantly trying to make extra insulin to heal the body and eventually it burns out and no longer has control. Have you ever felt burned out at work, it's kind of like that! You stop working as hard, just like your pancreas. Why not change that or at least make the baby steps to changing your lifestyle. Once you start changing your lifestyle, you will never regret it or look back because you will start to feel great. Let a professional teach you how to eat correctly. No one said you have to teach yourself everything.
