Type 2 Diabetes can be beaten easily!!!!
Type 2 Diabetes is completely controlled by what you eat and your lifestyle. Are you needing extra help because you just don’t know where to start? Start with changing the small things and getting yourself out of your comfort zone. With type 2 diabetes, the body either doesn't produce enough insulin or is insulin resistant. Some of the symptoms that you may have are; increased thirst, frequent urination, hunger, fatigue, blurred vision, chest pain, and overall brain fog. Are you experiencing any of these symptoms, or maybe you have no symptoms but the doctors tell you that your sugar levels are off the charts? Does that sound familiar?
Diabetes is a horrible disease that you should not mess around with. Some of the long term effects to your body are; damage to the large blood vessels of the heart, brain, and legs, damage to the small blood vessels, causing problems in the eyes, kidneys, feet, and nerves. Some of those symptoms will lead to having a heart attack, stroke, loss of a limb or even become blind. Most men and women who do not get their type 2 diabetes under control, decrease their life about 10 years according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Why shorten your life, when you can simply make changes to increase your lifespan. Is your life so horrible that you want yourself to suffer and eventually die? Are you constantly depressed? That's from diabetes and your lifestyle. The treatments for this disease are simple and anybody could start today.
Some of those treatments include; diet and exercise. Now there are some individuals that are on medications to control diabetes but the goal is, to take you off all medications in time. Most of the individuals will have to be tracked by their physician, who a health coach can effectively communicate with while changing your lifestyle. Depending on how motivated you are, will depend on how long you stay on your medications. Once medications are not needed, those pricey physician copays will stop. Diet and exercise is everything, taking small steps today with the guidance of a health coach can change your life. Most will say change everything right away but if you do that, you most likely will not change for any length of time. Taking baby steps will help encourage you to keep going. This is because you will start feeling better and better, less dependent on the medications and start to see changes in a slow manageable way. Start changing your life today. You won’t regret it!
