High Intensity Interval Training!!!!
Many either have never heard of this form of training or simply are scared to try it! Well, I can relate to that. After my son was born in March of 2017, I felt weak and intimidated with certain workouts, even though, I have been athletic my whole life. But after a baby, your body feels totally different and you become unsure of some of your abilities. Even though I was unsure of many things, I had to try something I knew that worked for many others. Soon after starting HIIT, I became addicted to it. HIIT was 20% of the reason I was able to lose weight so quickly and not put it back on. Remember 20%, not 100%. The other 80%, came from my diet.
