Today I feel stressed, today I feel overwhelmed, Today I feel angry, Today I feel disappointment, Today I feel numb, Today I feel confused, Today I feel like I can't think, Today I feel like I just want to scream till everything is over. But I can't, life isn't that easy. On some days, I really wish it was. But TODAY, it's not that easy and I simply just need to figure this out. No matter what I do, my children will get what they need and when they need it. Every mother has a moment in their life that they feel exactly the same way because things are just not going the right way. I wish I could say I have the miracle pill for all those emotions and the miracle to make everything right again but unfortunately, I don't. But did you ever think, you may feel this way too often?
If your feeling this way every so often, that's completely normal. Life is very stressful and sometimes life gets the best of you, especially if it has something to do with your children. But if your feeling this way often, then its most likely something your eating or digesting. Your body responds in a different way to different foods and chemicals. If your eating high preservative foods or eating anything artificial that maybe your body can't handle, your body is going to have a negative side effect. Those side effects can be constant depression, constant loss of control over your mind, weight gain or loss and much more. Why live like this if there is something you can do to help control or get rid of these issues. I sure do not want to live depressed every day or feel like I can’t control my body.
If you can't control your body or your moods, how are you being the best parent you can be? It's simply, you can't. All parents have regrets of something they did or said to their child out of anger but do you have that often? If you do, then that's a huge indicator that something is wrong. I know when I eat out or drink too much alcohol, I’m a miserable person to be around the next three to four days. That's a lot for me but if I ate and drank like that often, then I would be miserable every day like most people out there. It's not hard to change your lifestyle. Eating healthy and exercising at any limit can help that horrible depression go away. Just take a chance and try it, WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE!
