Blue Green and Green Algae

Updated: Feb 1, 2019

Did you ever want the right supplement or the perfect medication to help heal all your problems? Has anybody ever told you about algae? Algae isn’t a supplement or any type of medication, it’s better than that, it’s known as the sea-plant. Spirulina the Blue Green Algae, also known as the oldest plant in the world, it's the plant that Asia reports would end world hunger. And Chlorella is the Green Algae and one of the reasons why we have an oxygenated planet today. There are so many health benefits from these strands of algae, and so many people are simply not educated about this sea-plant. Chlorella specifically, is so amazing that NASA wants to create a way to develop this plant in space. NASA states that 1 gram of algae has the nutritional equivalent of 1,000 grams of fruits and vegetables. EnergyBits states that 1,000 grams of Fruits and Vegetables are about 50-100 lbs., which is about $300-$500 at cost. That a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Spirulina is known as the energizing algae, it is given to many professional athletes to heightened their endurance and continually cleansing their body. Spirulina is called Blue Green algae because it has high levels of Blue Pigment. Blue pigment has incredible healing properties and even Medical Doctors use it to help their cancer patients. The Blue Pigment helps the process of healing tumors and cancer, by forming new bloods vessels off the bad blood vessels that have been disrupted already. This process is called angiogenesis. The body control angiogenesis by the balance of stimulatory and inhibitory factors. Those factors could be compromised by diseases, cancer, and illness. So if the body doesn’t have anything left to be able to form those new blood vessels, the blue pigment puts your body in overdrive in a good way, by encouraging the growth of the new healthy blood vessels. This will help your body fight cancer or illness. Spirulina is so amazing that even mothers in Asia use the algae when their baby is still in the womb or even when breastfeeding. The nutrient profile almost mimics mother’s milk. They are very simple in amino acids and even in GLA, which is an essential fatty acid that is similar to Omega 3. The GLA is essential for brain health, especially, as an infant while the first 2 years of life is the most critical part of development. Now Spirulina isn’t the only algae.

Chlorella is known as the green algae. I know spirulina has so many health benefits, especially if your very ill but Chlorella is actually known as the wellness algae. It is known as the wellness algae because is it packed with a very high level of Chlorophyll. The Chlorophyll helps build your immune system by pulling out the toxins through your bloodstream throughout the body, especially your digestive tract. Those toxins include heavy metals and are expelled through your sweat, stool, urine, and breath. It also packed with phytonutrients that help cultural communication, helping the sick cells die faster and form new cells right away. There are cells that just need to be repaired and the chlorophyll helps heal the cell walls so that those cells are able to function properly. Because of this process, Chlorella is known to heal Crohn’s Disease, IBS and many other immune disorders. Most of this process is done in the gut, remember if the gut is healthy, most likely your body will be healthy. The Chlorella is also known as the “fountain of youth” because it has the highest concentration of RNA and DNA in the world. It also has high levels of K2 vitamin that is essential for your body’s health, especially if you are prone to arteries issues or heart attacks. K2 is very different from K1 and your body doesn't have the correct bacteria to be able to convert the intake of K1 to K2. So the only way to intake this vitamin is through grass-fed beef, fermented foods or Algae. K2 helps decalcify the arteries from the calcium overbuild and transports it to the bones. It is also known to melt kidney stones, fix bone spurs, promote a healthy gut, and lower blood pressure. So all, in a nutshell, Chlorella has so many health benefits, that you would be your crazy not to take it.

The difference between the two alga's are pretty clear and you do need to be cautious especially if you are pregnant or have any severe health conditions. The Chlorella isn't advised to take while being pregnant or breastfeeding, due to the detoxing level that is taking place in the body. There are also mixes out there that mix both types of algae and are still very beneficial to your health. The mix of blue-green algae and green algae was one of the biggest reason why I became a health coach. I was able to heal my child from a chronic disease in a short period of time. No medication ever gave us the benefits that the algae did. There are so many companies out there making this product now. Please make sure you do your research first before buying the products. I always recommend companies that make their products in Taiwan because Taiwan has stricter regulations than any other location. With the Chlorella make sure it is processed with a technology called “pressure release”. This is very important when taking the Chlorella because other processing can have traces of lead or other chemicals in the algae. The benefits of both these strains of algae are truly amazing and I hope you start your new journey today.
