Many must hear diet and think right away "DIET" short term, daily foods you don't want and no carbs. But what the "RIGHT DIET" is, the right carbs, right fats, healthy protein, and healthy fiber. Many people are simply not aware of what healthy foods are. The first thing most people do that are overweight or have high cholesterol or anything in that realm, go right to a diet that most likely is a "Short Term Fix". Have you ever thought about just completely changing your daily diet to foods that you would enjoy! There are so many healthier options out there that will help lower that cholesterol, blood pressure and lower the excess weight.
