Healthy Salad

This salad contains, 1/2 canned organic chicken, 2 slices of nitrate free turkey , 1/2 cup organic strawberries, hand full of raw organic nuts and raisins, 2 hand fulls of organic spinach/arugula mix, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 2 T of balsamic vinaigrette. You can take out anything that you may not want but this was the perfect post workout meal. It was extremely filling and satisfying. Its extremely healthy, minus a small amount of cheese. Dairy is not always healthy but its not bad if you have a small amount of it.
